Is it just basic Fee Clerking you offer?
We cover every aspect of Chambers Credit Control. By using your software system to its maximum capacity we ensure cases are chased when they should be. In addition we include many monthly tasks and exercises that ensure targets are met, cases do not miss the deadlines & older debt is periodically reviewed and discussed. |
How do you introduce yourselves to our solicitors?
As the Fee Clerk at your Chambers. We consider ourselves to be part of your Clerks team & so introduce ourselves in that way. |
How often do we meet with FMC?
We hold regular meetings with the Management of Chambers, be it Monthly or Quarterly. We discuss performance, feedback & your priorities as the Financial Year progresses. We like to meet as often as is convenient for you. We want you to get to know FMC and your team.

How do we know that you’ll pursue Solicitors with the level of integrity we would expect?
Again we are part of your clerksroom & we don't work on percentages. We aim to be your Credit Control team for years to come so we would have everything to lose by not following standards you would expect. |
